Raster providers
--raster NAME uses one of these. mapterm --raster-list prints the same list.
Each provider’s own terms of use apply.

Past a provider’s maximum zoom, mapterm keeps enlarging its highest-zoom tiles.
GIBS. --date YYYY-MM-DD picks the day (default yesterday, UTC). Other
layers: --raster-param layer=VIIRS_SNPP_CorrectedReflectance_TrueColor
(JPEG layers at 250 m).
Vantor. The key is sent as the maxar-api-key header, never in the URL.
Planet. Each customer has their own named mosaics. List them with
mapterm --raster-list-mosaics, then use
--raster planet --raster-param mosaic=NAME or PLANET_MOSAIC. Planet only
accepts the key in the tile URL; mapterm still never prints it.
Keyed providers don’t cache tiles on disk unless you pass --raster-cache,
since commercial licenses often limit storing them.
